About the cold runner:
Cold runner injection molding is compared with hot runner injection molding. The pouring system is taken out with the product after cooling in the mold, removing the pouring cold material and trimming the gate can obtain the final product with inconspicuous pouring traces. Compared with the hot runner, the produced cold material needs to be crushed and recycled again, but the mold design is simple and widely used.
